YIC Solutions digital content and other downloaded purchases, including but not limited to downloadable PDFs products, are not returnable and non-refundable. However if you are having compatibility or quality issues with your content, please contact us for assistance.

Bulk orders of any eBook are non-returnable & are also non-refundable.

 

Returning Items from Amazon

 

If you are returning an Amazon item that was purchased from YIC Solutions, the packing slip in your shipment has specific instructions for returns. Amazon will provide a pre-printed return label with their Returns Department Address.
 

Please Note: Your packing slip may or may not be a prepaid label. You may be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
